For minibus hire Hunter Valley & Newcastle it has to be Wine Party Tours. We operate multiple 24 passenger seat, air conditioned Mitsubishi Rosas equipped with pumping sound systems so there’s no need to hire a boring bus ever again! You can hire our vehicles for just about any occasion whenever a good time is required. Having ran over 2000 tours, you’re in great hands. When you travel with us, the journey is just as much fun as the destination. 

Hire a Minibus For a Hunter Valley Wine Tour

Got a list of sensational venues you’d like to visit? We can move you between them with ease & there’s no need to hire a boring bus again because our minibuses are equipped with sound systems. We can provide advice on the best wineries, breweries and distilleries to visit because we’ve been doing it week in, week out for years. There’s an expert tour planner on hand to assist you in creating your perfect day out.

Your Options

Option #1 – You plan the run and make all of the venue bookings. 
Option #2 – We help you plan the run. We provide you with venue suggestions, scheduling advice and we make the bookings for you. This is a free service. 

Whatever option you choose, the price of hiring the vehicle remains the same. We note that our vehicles have signwriting on them, therefore drinking on the way to the Valley and between venues is not generally not permitted however exceptions can be made. If you wish to drink on the return journey, we charge a $300 security bond payable the week of the tour and refunded on the Monday after the tour.

What Venues Can We Visit?

As the largest operator of private wine tours in the Hunter Valley, we know all of the venues that can accommodate large groups. We have great relationships with all of them and can recommend the ones that will be most suitable for you depending on what you’d like to get out of the day. Choose from world class wineries, distilleries and breweries. Don’t forget about cheese & chocolate. 

Hunter Valley Minibus Hire Pricing For Tours

Prices vary depending on day of the week and the occasion you’re hiring for. We’re booked solid every Saturday so our prices are fixed on this day even if you require the vehicle for less time. 

Pricing For Winery Tours & Brewery Tours: 

  • Saturday Tours – $1,200 for 7hrs 
  • Sunday / Weekday Tours – $1,200 for 7hrs

    *Tasting fees and lunch costs are not included. If you’d like an all-inclusive package with tasting fees and lunch, we have great value half-day and full-day tours available here. 

Pricing for Other Hire Purposes on Sundays & Weekdays:

  • Min 4 hours hire – Enquire for price. 
Passengers must remain seated with seatbelts fastened. The consumption of food and drink is permitted onboard with prior approval and payment of a $300 bond. Approval must be sought prior to booking. If you’re after a party bus, we have those also. Please get in touch for more information. 
 
Once a $250 deposit has been received, we can help you start planning your day. Please note that no venue suggestions or itineraries will be provided prior to receiving a deposit.

Where Can We Pick You Up From?

We can pick you up from the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie or the Central Coast. We do not do Sydney pickups. We do however, offer tour packages from Sydney using a bus company located in Sydney.
