For minibus hire Hunter Valley & Newcastle it has to be Wine Party Tours. We operate a number of different sized vehicles including 7 seaters, 12 seaters and 24 passenger seaters. The latter are equipped with pumping sound systems so there’s no need to hire a boring bus ever again! You can hire our vehicles for just about any occasion whenever a good time is required. Having ran over 2000 tours, you’re in great hands. When you travel with us, the journey is just as much fun as the destination.

What Venues Can We Visit?

As the largest operator of private wine tours in the Hunter Valley, we know all of the venues that can accommodate large groups. We have great relationships with all of them and can recommend the ones that will be most suitable for you depending on what you’d like to get out of the day. Choose from world class wineries, distilleries, breweries and cocktail bars. Don’t forget about cheese & chocolate. 

Hunter Valley Minibus & Van Hire Pricing For Winery & Brewery Tours

Prices vary depending on day of the week and the occasion you’re hiring for. We’re booked solid every Saturday so our prices are fixed on this day even if you require the vehicle for less time. 

All of the option below are for the vehicle and driver only.  You are responsible for organising the venues and itinerary. 

24 Seat Minibus & Driver Hire

7 seater van hire
*Passengers must remain seated with seatbelts fastened. The consumption of food is not permitted. Drinks are permitted onboard with prior approval and payment of a $300 bond. Approval must be sought prior to booking. If you’re after a party bus, we have those also. Please see our Hunter Valley Party Bus page for more information.

24 Seat Minibus & Driver Hire

  • Only $250 deposit required to book (full amount required if booking 14 days from tour date) When we receive the booking we’ll update the invoice with the remaining amount and send you a payment request. 
  • Saturday, Sunday $1,200 (cheaper on weekdays)
