- Roast Pumpkin, Cos Heart, roast chicken, date dressing, feta (GF)(DF without feta)
- Charred watermelon, corn fritters, sesame tofu, sweet soy dressing (VEG &GF)
- Pork Shoulder, crushed potato, roast Peach, sweet corn, radish dressing (GF)
- Slow cooked bolar steak, crisp prosciutto, bacon jam, mushroom ketchup, thyme sauce (GF)

If you choose the a la carte menu, we take $30pp off the price of the tour and you order and pay for your lunch on the day. Groups of 20 or more will usually be asked to pre-order.
